I'm not good with flipping and all that so I thought I could do drill team, but I'm not flexible. :( the furthest I can go to a split is like a foot off the ground, and I can't at all bring my leg to my head when standing, but I saw the drill team do this when I watched them. I know I have time so I would really like to know what stretches to do for the splits, and how long it will take.
