UM, that's not what weed should be doing to you; you better tell your friend to stop buying their weed from that dealer or something, cuz it's probably laced with something potentially bad. The only thing that weed should be giving you is a 'dazed' or 'out of it' feeling and munchies.

I pulled my hamstring during dance class?

it kind of hurts a bit but as long as I don't push myself into stretching like I usually do. I talked to my Dr and he told that I should rest but not keeping my leg from moving, he told me that the muscle is weak and that I have been working too much on stretching but not on strength, so I have to work on it very slowly, and that any stretch I would consider should wait for now, however I can work on moving my leg without pushing it too hard. Oh and I have to go to the gym for that but I have no idea what machines would help me without making me lose too much flexibility and making me heavy, I've worked really hard on becoming flexible and I always knew that injuries are always possible, but I want to recover the best way possible without losing too much so I can catch up faster.

I am very interested in dance and a little in gymnastics, I am a competitive dancer and I take a few Acro classes at dance but not as good as I am at dance. I was wondering if maybe I could teach some kids in my neighborhood dance and maybe some gymnastics. I have a studio in my basement with a ballet barre, mats, mirrors, and stuff like that. Would this be a way for me to get money? Oh and I'm 15 years old and a sophomore in high school.
