Question: What is the family relation title between myself, and my half sister's daughter?

She is your half niece, and you are her half aunt, assuming "Laurie" is your first name. You are her half-uncle if you named your screen persona after the actor, Hugh Laurie, and are male. Unless you are talking to another genealogist, or the girl is a real stinker, you'd normally drop the "half". Your children, if and when, will be half first cousins to the girl. Again, most people drop the "half".

Genealogists don't. I know some people who are half first cousin, seven times removed, to president John Adams.

Question: Someone can help me with my genealogy?

You always start with yourself and your own records and they are at home and in the homes of your living family, these records connect you to the next generation back, so your birth cert will prove your parents as their names are on it, your parents marrage certificate will prove at least their fathers, if not both of their parents ( depends on the country and information on the record) and you will find lots more, thi will help you do that http://familytimeline.webs.com/recordsin...

This teaches you how to research, it connects and proves your ancestry and will encourage your parents/family to find the records when often people just say " I don't know who they were" when the information is already there, you go on to find ALL records you can that were generated in the country you live in, as you do it is your ancestors story backwards so you work from KNOWN information and don't go searching for records in another country that you don't know without havig enough information to do so as it is impossible to find your family in Germany if you only know a name, you need far more than that and records about them where you live now will give you more
