Question: What's my ethnicity, nationality?I was born in America. My mom is from Mexico, my dad is from America also, but he's Puerto Rican. Thank you?

You are an American with Mexican and Puerto Rican ancestry. Your ethnicity is based on how you were raised -- the language you spoke at home, the ethnic foods you may have eaten, the church where you worshipped (if you went to church), the music that you listen to, the culture that you identify as your own. That culture may be American since you were raised here.

Source(s): My father was born here, but raised primarily by his Swedish-born grandmother. My mother was born here, but her parents were from Austria and Hungary. They were both raised speaking English and identified themselves as Americans. It's easier today to maintain those ties to the home country because airplanes allow you to fly anywhere in the world within a day. That wasn't the case with the wave of European immigrants who came between 1890 and 1921.

Question: Does the last name Gray have any affiliations with Germany?
