It's not a stupid question at all :)

Here are some ideas for each notebook

1. Write 5 positives things about your day each day. It's nice to look back at all the positives in life.

2. Write your favourite (or the most interesting) news story you heard at the end of the day each day.

3. Write a story each day. If you enjoy writing story's, you could write a small page-long story each day in your notebook

4. Do diary writing. Write about your day each day.

5. Keep a record of what you eat and how much excersize you do.
