A resume with no training or experience is not a resume at all.<p>First, you need a few years at a really good acting school.<br/>Then you need a few years performing with a good youth or community theatre.<br/>You also should get a couple of years' singing lessons and dance classes.</p><p>Only after that should you spend any money on headshots, as they need to be really recent ones. The ones you have now will be useless in a couple of years when you need them.<br/>The same goes for a showreel - that needs to be real clips from real films that you've acted in. Once you've had a lot of really good training and stage experience, you'll probably be able to get small roles in student films, short films and indies through your theatre company.<br/>Students and indie makers are never interested in beginners - their work is very important to them!</p><p>It takes time to get enough training and experience to get into professional acting.</p><p>I understand that acting is all you want to do, but you're still going to need another job just to afford a shared room in a tiny flat in a rough area. Almost all actors have to work an ordinary job alongside acting just to survive.
