| Question: In what order should i learn these instruments? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 03:53 PM PST You left out the helicon, sarrusophone, manzello, and stritch. Makes about as much sense are your set of choices. If you TRULY want to learn something valuable and useful, then get a good PRIVATE TEACHER and actually take LESSONS to learn to play the keyboard/piano. NO, you do not need a piano to start - but if you make good progress, you will WANT to be able to practice on a real acoustic or fine digital piano, even if at school. Source(s): Full-time multi-degreed professional musician, studio teacher, retired school music director and adjudicator since 1973. Made every single dollar in my entire life - still am - in live professional music and music instruction. There are SEVERAL of us here with identical qualifications - so I guess in your eyes, that makes us the hated Liberal Elite, huh?

| Question: Why am I so talentless? Posted: 13 Nov 2016 10:54 PM PST Everyone is talentless at birth. Everyone has to earn their talent. You simply havn't developed one yet. Find something you think is great, like music, arts, or academic knowledge. You just have to practice until you get it right. Lets say you wanna learn to play the keyboard fluiently. Simply come up with a chime with only 3-5 sounds. Follow that chime several times untill you master it. Now, go ahead and make up another chime with 5-10 sounds, and follow it until you master it. Come up with several different chimes untill you feel a little more familiar with the keyboard, and eventually move up to actual songs. All it takes is practice, and baby steps. Eventually you will develop a talent. I actually used to be really bad at drawing, but with dedication, inspiration, and hard work, i graduated from being really bad--- slightly above decent. |
