| Question: How do I find millionaire art collectors? Posted: 17 Nov 2016 12:14 PM PST This is an absurd question but it is real. I work at a gallery in New York and we have a painting worth more than one million dollars. The gallery owners don't put that much effort into selling it. I live in New York City, I KNOW FOR A FACT that somebody here will buy this painting and drop big money for it. The gallery owners are busy with other things, the other agents live very far from the actual city and don't have much experience. If I can sell this piece, I make bank, boom I just don't know how to start. |

| Posted: 17 Nov 2016 07:59 AM PST As a beginner, the cheaper the better. You need to practice technique, and get familiar and comfortable with the medium and process. Once you feel confident and comfortable with how to do it, then you can invest in archival quality paper, and the more expensive metallic, glitter, and opalescent spray paints. Go to your local Wal-mart, Michaels, or Home Improvement (Lowe's or Home Depot) store, and get the cheapest spray paint you can. It's still good quality, but not as durable. |
