Question: (Acoustic) Guitarists: Opinions on Seagull acoustics.?

After about ten years of playing acoustic (about 15 on electric) I'm looking to get a new acoustic guitar. All I've really had, aside from acoustics borrowed from friends, is a Chinese built 12 string Ibanez from the early 90s. It's actually a really decent guitar, though it's not a solid top. About every other time I string it I'll do it up with just 6 strings. So I've become used to the wide string spacing, and prefer it for fingerpicking. This is one reason I'm looking at the Seagulls which have nut widths at 1.9in. rather than the average 1.675in. I'm also interested in getting a guitar that will age well, so I'm looking at the Maritime SWS (Solid Wood Series) Seagulls.

I have played a Seagull briefly before. A friend of mine had one of the lower range models they make, like the Excursion. I do remember I liked it, but also it feeling quite "stiff". It might have been the way he had set it up. But if any of you have any experience with Seagull guitars, good or bad, I'm very curious.

Question: I composed a piano piece, I m by no means that good just want opinions on how to improve on it.?
