Question: Why did George Washington tell Abe Lincoln that John Adams shouldn't be trusted to build the railroads?

We all know George Washington and Abe Lincoln were very good friends and invented whiskey as a result of this friendship, but one thing I could never understand is why they had such a grudge against John Adams.

All John Adams ever did was tell Abe Lincoln that one day the slaves would probably be freed, and Lincoln wound up making that prophecy a reality with the help of Benjamin Franklin's "Ode to Free Slaves" that was broadcast all over America in 1847. Nothing suggests that John Adams lied, and yet George Washington pulled Abe aside one day while drinking with him, and said, "Don't you trust that John Adams. He'll tear you apart. Plus his brother Samuel Adams makes horrific beer." Washington even threatened to have John Adams assassinated, but why?

Is there some aspect of history I'm not getting?

I just don't understand.

Question: Do you think there are any copies of Cleopatra 1917 still in existences?
