like what do you think her personality is like, how does she come off, etc..
also I know the quality is bad, this was made on a doll-maker game. this is just to give a general idea

Yes.
No.

Too much read into "Person of Interest". Anyway, most people believe that "regulation" (wtf do you mean?) by machines would suppress more positive attributes than it would prevent negative ones.

I have never been a pretty girl, but I always have thought that I had a pretty soul. I feel like its caged in between these four bland walls wishing it could escape. My whole life I have had a longing for something intangible but I don't know what that intangible something is; although I think I am wishing more for a feeling. A feeling of purpose. A feeling of unexplainable joy will rush over me like the cool ocean waves, and everything will be okay. This feeling will not come all at once but in pieces. Eventually, when I am ripe and old and wrinkles have claimed my skin, maybe it will hit me. I will know what my purpose is. I will know what the point of me being on this floating dust mote was, and I will not have to worry anymore, because I will know that all this anxiety and crying and hating and dreaming was for something bigger than me.
My whole life I have been "the quiet one". It's not that I don't have a lot to say, because I do, it's just I'm not sure I want anyone to hear it. I have all these layers of skin that I wear like clothing, and when I don't want to show someone the real me, I will put a layer on. Eventually I realize no one will get to see or understand the real me because I won't even know anymore with all this covering me up, like a beautiful piece of artwork hidden underneath a sheath.
Tomorrow is my last first day of high school, and here I am at two in the morning, listening to the rain. I have always absolutely loved the rain.
