Is there any club to learn swing dance(I mean 8-count swing out or lindy hop) aroun San francisco State University?

So description of this vine:
There is a dance circle (looks like a dance battle) in what looks to be a gym, and this black kid is dancing. He starts off by hitting his chest to the gunshots of the song, then at the end does a little sway back and forth with his knees bent and the whole crowd goes nuts.
