There would be no point to life if death was the end. The fact is, death is a new beginning, so what we accomplish in this life will be valuable forever.

Question: Is there such a thing as objective morality, and if so, what is it?

No. Morality is a concept created by humans. Moral laws are subjective to the values of society.

For example:
In most modern societies, it is morally wrong to punish someone by being stoned to death, but stoning remains a legal form of judicial punishment in United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Northern Nigeria, Aceh in Indonesia, Brunei, and Pakistan.

That's a lot of countries, and the people who carry out this punishment think they occupy the moral high ground.

In the USA, the government tested radiation poisoning on some island natives because they were considered sub-human. Now, the American government would say doing something like that would be morally wrong.

Morality is subject to change.

Question: WHATS THE MEANING OF LIFE?

A wise king who had riches "greater than all the other kings" of his day examined that question concerning the meaning of life. (2 Chronicles 9:22; Ecclesiastes 2:1-13) This king, Solomon, had at his disposal great power, abundant riches, and incomparable wisdom. The result of his exploration was this: "The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments. For this is the whole obligation of man." (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

Question: If you start living "the life of Reilly"... whose life should Reilly live?

If you start living "the life of Reilly"... whose life should Reilly live?

As the Fireside Theater troupe once asked (and so did Sartre, in a different way) "how can you be in 2 places at once, when you're not anywhere at all? "
