My love shes the sweetest
Makes me feel warm inside
My hart is the ride
Your in
And im on the side

Beauty in the eyes
With every second i see,
My love for you rises
Your hart & mind is where,
Where i want to be

Forever and a day,
There's not a thing
I wouldnt say,
To see that bright smile

My hart beats,
Your are the music,
And im the lyrics,
You are the reason,
My hart beats

Question: I need a cinquain poem for Saudi Arabia...?

Saudi Arabia is a horrible dictatorship.
Its royal family are pigfuckers.
Ignorant "religious police" beat up women at random.
The place is a hell-hole.
Let's be mean to them.

There ya go. Five lines. Sorry it doesn't rhyme. But it's all true.

Question: A Thought Atop the World on a Chilly November Night - thoughts?

A Thought Atop the World on a Chilly November Night

The ripples in
the river sound
like voices of
people chiming
their opinions
that are not so
important nor
poignant about
matters that are
not so profound.

Cruising to a
distant long past
infinity,
the ripples clump
together in
a solid mass -
untouchable.
They flow to who
knows picking up
any object

and holding them
all together.
When I jump off
this bridge looking
over those waves,
I will fall and
fade beneath the
voices but still
remain among
the clammer of

the spitting winds,
drowning out all
of the needless
chatter. Tonight
I stand atop
this plank where my
shadow lacks a
fixed complexion.
The midnight light
catches my mind's

attention in
this misty haze.
The small light fades
and gives off a
reflection that
only I can
see. Crisp autumn
winds from the waves'
ripples set back
my parted hair.

To my sides, in
to the waves can
be seen a few
bright red speckles.
My arms fill with
goosebumps, as if
ridges in the
waves to float and
feel but not to
spot. Would it be

such an escape?
Perhaps now I
should go find some
cozy enough
place to lie and
dream more about
something much more.
Maybe I'll fall
into the stars
warming autumn
nights' deep, dark rivers.

Question: Lyrical poems?

Posted: 19 Nov 2014 03:50 PM PST

Like you want us to write one for you or you want to suggest one. If it's suggest one I'd look at some Robert Frost, not exactly the most lyrical but there are some that could be classified as such.
