Arts & Humanities: Other: “Question: Postage Help!?” plus 1 more |
| Posted: 12 Nov 2014 12:54 PM PST So I have postcards already labeled and stamped. The problem is that I attached the label to the wrong postcards. can i staple the corrected postcards to the incorrect postcards or will that require additional postage? I ask because it is for work and i have about 90 labeled (but unstamped) postcards that i just realized are blank and need to relabel the printed version of the postcards. Any ideas will be extremely helpful! Thank you very much! PS it would be especially helpful if i didn't have to add extra postage. |
| Question: Can anyone give me some multimedia ideas to use for my project? Posted: 12 Nov 2014 08:15 AM PST It depends on what your comparisons are. As a former assessor, part of value determinations can be neighborhood amenities - proximity to groceries, gas, schools, etc. Aerial Google images could be used to show neighborhood and distances from amenities. Also, your parcel values are online - perhaps you could do a spreadsheet cutout of values of different parcels of similar size - maybe photos of your comparison houses. Consider looking up demographic information from the census bureau and doing a comparison chart. You could also chart crime statistics if you have those. Use powerpoint. Keep it simple and bold. Make your slides attractive and informative. Less is more - just the simple facts your audience will remember. Use bulleted slides for your facts. Use anything online you can pilfer - if your police dept offers an online crime graphic for the two different areas, use alt+ctrl+print screen to capture your screen data to the clipboard and then use a graphic program (even paint) and "paste" your graphic to save. God luck, I hope this helps. |
