Question: Why do I feel so lost in the world? Posted: 13 Aug 2015 08:09 AM PDT The world is a big place, and finding yourself won't be easy. On the other hand you have loads of time. Try different things and see what suits you personally. If you can master deep physical relaxation then you will find that your mind will be relaxed as well. Often oportunities will find you if you give them the chance.
Posted: 13 Aug 2015 08:06 AM PDT I "believe" I don't care. It doesn't matter - it's awesome, regardless. Even if you get your attention snagged on crap for a bit, when you decide you've had enough crap and finally DO move it - wow. Once you take control of your attention - it's like stepping into a whole other world. And once you get a handle on it and understand how you did it - you can move from world to world to world - whenever you want. Hence, whether this aspect of the nature of conscious attention is freely explored and discovered or one has always been on the way to crossing paths with it or even if one is "destined" to never discover or play with or enjoy it - HOW it came to be is irrelevant.

Question: Is loner a term to describe those who spend all their free time alone? If not, what is? Posted: 13 Aug 2015 05:45 AM PDT I always read articles or blog posts by self-proclaimed loners. And I rather enjoy them until I (in 80 percent or more of cases) get to the line that goes something akin to "Although I *and some friends* may joke about me becoming that crazy cat lady, I cannot deny some of my loneristic qualities." 'Excuse me?', I think to myself. How can you be a loner if you have a friend, let alone "some friends"? It doesn't compute to me. 'You sound like an introvert who likes her alone time occasionally, not a loner, like me. I thought loners were those with absolutely no friends. And if they're not, is there a term for us? I feel pushed out of my own label, the only label I've found that fits snugly,' I contemplate.
Posted: 13 Aug 2015 05:15 AM PDT Please consider it from some or the other philosophical angle. Mind your business. I fully agree with your point of view. It is difficult to presume like that. You will gain lot of merits and virtues if you protect the pocket of others.
