Question: Is the human ego the cause of the world's problems?

Posted: 27 Aug 2015 08:45 AM PDT

Don't be silly.

Ego is necessary for individuals to develop a sense of worth and identity. Too little ego causes depression and too much causes arrogance.

The worlds problems are complex and not down to one emotion or group of people alone.

Also, it's only newspapers making money selling you moral panic stories about "suffering". Stop being so sensitive and stop trying to pontificate.

Look after your family, then your neighbors, then your community, then your city. If everyone did then then there would be less problems. Too many people look after their family and neighbors and no one else.

Question: What does it mean to be matured?

In normal British English, a person "becomes mature". Cheese, and ham, and wine, and similar are "matured" for some weeks or months or years.

So I guess you are not in Britain.

Question: Why was life created ? need a scientific answer?

Posted: 27 Aug 2015 07:58 AM PDT

Nobody knows. We don't even know that life was created. It just happened and we don't know why.

Evolution describes how life changed over time but doesn't even begin to address the creation of life nor the reasons why.

Question: Why do we keep on waiting for something to happen?

Posted: 27 Aug 2015 07:37 AM PDT

So many other people want more money and more adventure, and some are willing to get it at any cost, even by means of illegal activity, violence and exploiting others. There are not enough resources on earth to satisfy the desire of every single human. There are injustices and corruption. Crime, delinquency, poverty and sickness has not been eliminated in any single government. Promises to bring a better life for all are empty. Things continue to worsen overall. The attitudes of people are changing, and not for the better.

There is only one solution:

Question: Is evil an error?

Posted: 27 Aug 2015 07:35 AM PDT

When evil is totally non-functional, not efficient, not useful.

Evil effort results in negative output. All evil efforts result in at least dissatisfaction, i.e. failure. (Note: the victim and the evil doer are separate entities, one's suffering is not related to another's satisfaction).
