| Question: How do I make half siblings on the ancestry app? Posted: 03 Apr 2015 03:12 AM PDT Wendy nailed it. Add children to a parent and their relationships take care of themselves. For instance a man and his wife, list their children under them; Then he had a second wife add her as another spouse and put children under her as his second wife. I have this sort of situation myself. My paternal grandfather was killed as a result of an oil refinery explosion when my father was only 13. My grandmother had 5 sons by my grandfather. Then she remarried and had 3 more children. So their relationship is obvious just by my adding children to her first marriage and then adding children to her 2nd marriage. If I attempted to add the children to my grandmother after showing she had 2 spouses, the program will then ask me which father should be used for each child. |

Whether you'd call someone whose family was in, for instance, Chile from 1585 onwards "Spanish" or "Chilean" is another question. Mexico, Baptisms, 1560-1950 14,994 results As to its history; names don't have history, people do. Some Bobadillas were cowards, some heroes; some thin, some fat; some honest, some thieves. None of them became famous world-wide, or you'd have heard of them. (No one named Pack did either. The Monroes have two, one president, one movie star. Some families have all the luck.) |
