| Posted: 07 Apr 2015 11:00 PM PDT Pl. see the following link. it has already been answered. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index... If the link is not opening, I give below: Quote: If it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger...has to do with the power of suffering. One who suffers and survives gains a unique wisdom and a strength of character that one who has not suffered does not have. Perhaps the best known example is Job in the Bible. Job loses everything especially his children, but as a result of seeing God face to face has the strength and courage to start another family. Dog and size has to do with judging or rather mid judging others. I imagine the feisty barking tiny chihuahua who will take on the large black lab. To see the fight, you'd think the lab would have the tiny dog for lunch, but in truth, the lab will turn tail and run, backing down from the ferocious noise of the other dog. The quote cautions us not to judge by outward signs like size, but to take the time to know the inner character of others. Unquote: |
