| Posted: 16 Apr 2015 07:38 AM PDT (1) Anyone who doesn't believe in such things is apt to ask the simple and logical question: Where's the proof of life after death or "higher realms of existence"? Until you can answer that you aren't likely to convince anyone who isn't already in your boat to climb aboard. (2) A belief in an afterlife or other realms of existence is not a requirement in order for one to question the meaning of life or to engage in its mystery. The reasons why some people don't do this are as varied as the weather. Only someone who doesn't fathom human nature would expect everyone to think about the same things you do. Contemplation about the ultimate meaning of life, I might add, does not guarantee a happier or more successful existence. Over 2,300 years ago the Greek philosopher Pyrrho concluded that while contemplating such things can be entertaining, it is ultimately a waste of time and our effort should be expended upon more pressing questions that CAN be answered. In my opinion, that summation is as valid now as it was back then. (3) The ultimate fate of the universe is unknown, so putting a number on it like 10 quintillion years is pure guesswork. Whether we live in an an open, closed, or "flat" universe (which is presently unknown) largely depends upon matter density and the dark energy density, two figures that cannot be agreed upon. (4) If you wish to understand more about why people do or think certain things as opposed to accepting alternate viewpoints, I suggest that you study psychology and sociology, and that you endeavor to interact with a lot more people from widely diverse cultures. |

| Question: Can any one knows the final truth but do not die? Posted: 16 Apr 2015 03:12 AM PDT We know everything about the sun studying physics. But yes, you can not say how it feels when you touch the sun by your hand until you touch it. But that does not mean you have to be getting "un-existent". For the way you think, we will not be able to know how it feels to die(or vanish if you say) until we die(but how then are we going to know it if we are not existing?). One will know the final or ultimate truth when he/she sill not ask or will know nothing(zero). Knowledge is uncountable and unending. A zero is the infinitive. So the final truth is beyond my counted words.(Cheers!) The final universe goal is up to you. If you think God and heaven and after-life etc. do not exist, do whatever you wish. But if you want to find happiness, you may simply be by asking no questions or believe you are happy and your mind is as beautiful and peaceful as the flowers and as soft as cotton as he or she has no fear of loosing and believe in happiness. If you mean the final universe goal as the future of the universe, it is going to be something very right. |
| Question: Can there be love without action? Posted: 16 Apr 2015 12:47 AM PDT The kind of love that glimmers in distant stars The kind that shimmers upon pristine lakes The kind that slumbers in natural wilderness Unnoticed, untouched and unadmired The kind of love that is the winter moonlight The kind of love that grows in poverty The kind of love without action |
| Question: How to live an easy and happy life? Posted: 15 Apr 2015 09:46 PM PDT Is it possible? lol why not?! Get a job, get a wife, get a family, move to your dream country/city, work a normal life doing "office job" that pays you well. Or of you prefer being single.. get a job, move to your dream place, have your parents with you ( if you wish to), and just enjoy life. stop caring about the world and just get all the things that you need to satisfy yourself and just go and acheive your dream things like sky diving, exploring countries etc Forgotten Farts · 11 hours ago
