You can start off funny like you are talking to someone, example Hi I am writing a diary because when I am famous in the future I am sure this will be priceless.
Or you can start with something like KEEP OUT OR ELSE I will Find you and I will kill you. (that's from taken i case you didn't know)
Look at diary of a whimpy kid or Dork diaries for some inspiration.
You could have 2 diaries one you always carry around with you so people will asume it is your only one, so if they try to take it it will be full with boring info.
Then keep the 2nd one hidden in your house somewhere or room always and don't let people know you have 2

Also if you are scared some one will find it put a lock on it with a key only you have, and don't tell anyone where it is. If there are any cracks or hole is your house hide it there. Or in a loose floorboard in your room.
You should write the diary even if you are scared because trust me when you grow up your not going to remember your childhood unless you put it on paper.It will be a great thing to look back on when you are older.

I recently saw a Great Blue Heron dive and catch quite a pretty large (and colorful!) rainbow trout crosswise in it's bill, you could tell the fish was fighting for it's lfe to prevent becoming the bird's dinner. It looked like the fish was putting up a good struggle, but within about 30 seconds the wriggling thing was turned face-first and the heron swallowed the entire fish down its long neck the whole way!! It was a bit gruesome to watch the poor fish squirm on it's presumed last trip down, even after, once in the stomach you could see it give a kick much to the discomfort it appeared to the bird. We didn't stay much longer, I wonder if that was the end for the fish or if it still had a slim chance of survival???

Does it stand any slim chance of escaping such a grim fate or at least damage the bird's insides with that thrashing?? It must be a some meal for the bird and I wonder if it handles it bones and all as well?!
