Question: What to wear for my pageant talent?
Question: I want to pick up the bass guitar. I m on a budget (under $300) and have looked into several models. Which is a good versatile model?

Anything is possible. but as to how will it sound? who knows. Guess you'll need to try it and find out for yourself. Personally for my highly processed sounds I use a high powered SS amp or powered mixer with a known good clean channel and quality speakers, This way I'm not fighting any coloring a tube amp wants to put into the mix at higher volume, ie valve saturation, or clipping from a under powered SS amp, As to a little 5w tube I really don't have any experience with except plug a guitar in, turn it up loud and see what comes out, processers and tube amps don't mix in my book, guess I'm just old school
