Is there a cheap but good quality place to buy fursuits? I have about 1000$ and I need a partial fursuit. (Head, feet, hands, tail.) Any suggestions? What I would like to have (but are not necessarily needed)

Feet: Outdoorsy, plushie hooves, fluffy fur (Not up to the knee, up to the middle of the calf)

Hands: Plushie hooves, fluffy fur, and airbrushed patterns.

Tail: Fluffy. Just... Fluffy. Nothing super specific.

Head: Airbrushed, (moving jaw, or fan in the muzzle would be nice, but aren't needed.) plushie tongue, nose, teeth, and little plushie nubs for the horns, (Squeaker in the nose would be nice.) and last but not least, really good eyesight. My previous fursuit that we made had absolutely no ventilation and terrible eyesight. I don't want a repeat of that :(
