When logged in to your own flickr account, simply visit the person's photostream main page and the press the "+ Follow" button next to their name at the top of the page.

Or if you are on one of their photo pages, just click the "+ Follow" button next to their name.

My lectures said we should make our digital portfolio in InDesign with buttons and then exporting it in swf format. But i am afraid it doesn't work when i email it to them.And the swf is too big to email. Should i make it normal PDF without interactive buttons?
