| Question: Can anyone help me name the following program? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 07:20 PM PDT About a year ago, I saw a documentary about a travelling old time radio show that put on live performances under a tent to crowds of people. They sometimes pulled someone from the crowd to participate. The group was on stage in costume reading from a manuscript into microphones as they performed. The documentary seemed to center on the life and career of the lead writer/performer/master of ceremonies. Please reply if you know the name of the documentary or the performing troupe. |
| Question: Am I too old to try learning how to play a guitar? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 07:17 PM PDT Yeah, you're ridiculously old, may as well go step in front of a train, your life is over, all will be decay unto death. W T F...... If anything, you have an advantage over those who try at like fourteen to be a rock star in a month, have only mom & dad's gift money, and will much more likely crash and burn. For most players, who stay with it, who get it done and go on to enjoy playing for many years, you're just fine. Since it's right at my side, lemme drop this in the mix again tonight: |
| Question: What to major if you want to be television writer/ stand up comedian? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 06:33 PM PDT
Update : I'm an Senior in high school and currently applying to colleges, but whenever they ask what I'm interested in majoring in, I don't know what to say. I do know that I want to write for TV shows one day and/or be a stand up comedian. I know there is no specific major for stand up. But what about TV writing? What major would that fall under? |
| Question: Im a beginner guitar player looking for my first guitar.? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 06:11 PM PDT Yamaha FG700s is also a fine choice for $200 http://www.kraftmusic.com/yamaha-fg700s-... Great deal right there. I bought one myself after telling so many people how good they are. |
