Can I start hip hop dance at 15?

I'm 14 will be 15 in September, I've always wanted to start dance it just never happened, I'm not a horrible dancer but I'm not a natural lol, I dance in my room a lot (who doesn't haha) & sometimes watch tutorial video's on YouTube... There's an academy by my house & I really wanna go but I'm nervous because I'm not already a good dancer & I feel like I'm too old to be just now starting, I feel like its too late, be 100% honest don't sugar coat because that's not what I'm looking for, is it too late to start dance? & what are your opinions
