| Posted: 14 Mar 2015 07:52 AM PDT If you met someone and eventually became friends, but after a few months they confessed about the things which they've been hiding in the beginning. You chose to forgive them, but decided to leave gradually not immediately. Even though they still wanted to be in your life, but you couldn't stay in contact with them, because of your dignity. After a few months of separating and having no contact, they decided to contact you again, because they want some help in educational things. Note: the reason they became friends was because they used to study together from the very beginning. But, because some unfavourable things happened, the other person felt like they should leave. While the other wanted to be in touch - also because they wanted help. So my question is, if you forgave someone like that, no matter what they had confessed to you about (what they had been hiding from the beginning), would you still help this person if you're capable of doing? Will this bring good or bad karma to the person whose helping the other? Please enlighten me! |

Posted: 14 Mar 2015 07:46 AM PDT All societies have some social structure, but it is important not to see labor division as hierarchy. Hunter gatherers might have a 'leader' to hunt down an animal, but the recognition such a man obtains by providing food will not necessarily give him any advantage in any other issue like settling a dispute. So someone else will be the leader when chopping down a tree and still someone else when preparing for war. None of these might be the man to go to when settling a dispute. So no, not every human group will turn into or even want to turn into a State. Hierarchies happen when societies are so large that not all people can have one on one relationships with the rest. But before that, humans can and have lived in fairly horizontal social structures. |

Posted: 14 Mar 2015 07:18 AM PDT Well some get a little ridiculous about reality: "You start with a random clump of atoms, and if you shine light on it for long enough, it should not be so surprising that you get a plant" -- Dr. Jeremy England, MIT, biophysicist and practicing Jew on his new hypothesis concerning abiogenesis All that has ever been observed is Genesis 1:24 in action. 24 Then God said, "Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals." And that is what happened. Many people think scientists determine the ages of rocks by radiometric dating. But the fact is that the dating of rocks to a particular time period in the past is not done by any sort of objective measurement. The dating of rocks is done by dating the index fossils which are found in the rocks! The scientist dates the fossils by determining when he thinks those fossils best fit into the assumed general theory of evolution. Any measurement, whether done radiometrically or otherwise, that disagrees with the assumed general theory of evolution is deemed incorrect and is discarded. The scientist then finds that when the rock samples are arranged according to the age he has determined, the fossils in them progress along the time line in accordance with the general theory of evolution. But it was the assumption that the general theory of evolution was correct that was used to date the rocks in the first place. This is circular reasoning, plain and simple. But of course the scientists will conceal enough of the facts and disguise their arguments well enough so that most people will not recognize their circular reasoning for what it is. … I'm speaking on two subjects, evolutionism and creationism, and I believe it's true to say that I know nothing whatever about either … One of the reasons I started taking this anti-evolutionary view, well, let's call it non-evolutionary, was last year I had a sudden realisation. |

Self Realization.... Love /hate, Good/evil, happiness/sorrow, positive/ negative, virtue/sin, soul/ body, heaven /hell.. are the creations of God.... So, by pure faith in God we can understand our eternal nature... which relates to our soul as our soul is the Part and Parcel of.... Supreme Soul...."God" Actually, we are spiritual souls but we are in human body. We are from the spiritual world. God has sent us on the earth...only for self realization.. as our souls are not as pure as, they have to be... So, God has given us human life where our body feels happiness as well as suffers pain. Therefore, we souls are here... to achieve... the level of purity and to become pure soul.... we should make an effort to understand the deeper meaning of unconditional love for all living beings.... in every situation.... :) Moreover, the eternal nature of our soul is to Love God... Please read Bhagavad Gita deeply..... for every answer about the Human life and the Eternal Life... |
