Question: What happens if Pinocchio say ''my nose will grow''?

You just blew my mind. You are awesome.

Like his nose wouldn't grow because he's telling the truth that his nose does grow but since his nose isn't going to grow he's lying so his nose will grow meaning he's telling the truth...

Like...WHAT?

Question: Why do things exist?

Posted: 27 Mar 2015 07:30 AM PDT

This answer belonged to another question, but it may open your eyes.

No my friend, human beings are bacteria. You know when a scientist zooms in with a microscope and they discover a whole new other world, things that move around on it's own? Well, the truth is that we are THAT thing. The reason why we don't look like blobs of bacteria to each other is because we are living as the bacteria, so a higher power/alien scientists (if it exists) may be looking down on us with a microscope seeing a blob of bacteria moving around on it's own.

Don't believe me yet. What about our blood cells or our heart, in our body for example? All those things moves on it's own, we are not moving it for them, it's all a life of it own. Our body is a universe with things inside of it that is keeping US alive. It's the exact same thing in our universe, we are like the blood cells living inside of a thing trying to keep it alive, along with the planets, energy as if it was other body organs or cells etc.

A matter of fact, compare our universe to the universe inside of our own body. It all operates the same way : )
If our heart blows up, the other organs and blood cells die, we die. If the sun dies, the earth die, we die. You see! It's the SAME thing. I am not making stuff up, it's the truth. We are simply bacteria, blood, cells, viruses, ect. inside of a universe/God/creature/thing or whatever you want to call it trying to keep IT alive.

So my answer to your question of why things exist is because, without our inner organs, blood, etc. we will die. Without earth, sun, gravity, etc. the universe we are in could not live. Without out the inner workings/system of a computer or TV, it would not turn on/it could not live. So, we exist, along with the planets, milky way etc in order to keep the universe alive. Everything has it's own part to do. We are not just here just because. There is a reason behind it, which is to keep the universe alive, so the universe can live it's OWN life. You know, human beings are not God, so there are BIGGER living things, than just us lol

But to answer beyond that, why things simply exist? it's either "God" or a "glitch that came from nothingness" that put you and everything into this living existence.

Question: Do you let the things that go on in the world affect you?

Also, bear in mind that all that negativity you are seeing is the result of the 24-hour news cycle and the "if it bleeds, it leads" philosophy of news organizations.
Consider the recent plane crash in the alps. Certainly, a terrible thing. However, the airline concerned has been in operation for years and has never had a single accident that resulted in passenger death or injury. Not one.
Hundreds of thousands of people have traveled millions of miles on that airline alone without any problems whatever save perhaps lost luggage.

The vast majority of people on Earth live very ordinary, day-to-day lives without being the victims of major crimes, wars, invasions, plagues, etc. The ones that do get on the news.
Want more peace of mind? Turn off the news. Watch puppy videos on YouTube.

Question: How is it possible for two people full of wisdom to have conflicting wisdom?

Posted: 27 Mar 2015 07:21 AM PDT

Wisdom can be a measure of experience and if different people have led different lives and gained different knowledge along the way then their interpretations about what's wise can be different.

For example, in certain cultures, boys and girls aren't allowed to mix, in others they are. Who's right?
