| Question: What do you think of my poem? Posted: 29 Mar 2015 04:30 PM PDT I had to write it for English class in college! Tell me what you think. POEM The bright sunlight cut through the trees and hurt my eyes The smell of freshly cut grass filled my nostrils and tastes like dirt The sunlight tastes the way the snow felt Snow thrown my Chuck Norris in Bristol Bay, Alaska Because it is very cold in Alaska It is not that cold in Alaska The pig rolled in the mud and the farmer milked the cow " Get off of me" the mud told the pig as milk jizzed from the cows utters The dirty pig of curiousity and happiness rolled in the mud because he was dirty and needed a dirty shirt He was as happy as a fish in the Namib Desert and grew a mustache Larry was there to see it all Next week, next month, and next year He will still be there to see it I remember the pig climbing the tree like it was next week Kuv nyiam caij ntuj sov Even though the smell of the grass filled my nostrils and the pig rolled in the mud and that was it |

| Question: How to describe a giraffe? Posted: 29 Mar 2015 01:03 PM PDT Giraffes are one of the world's tallest mammals. They are well known for their long necks, long legs, and spotted patterns. Giraffes have small "horns" or knobs on top of their heads that grow to be about five inches long. These knobs are used to protect the head in fights. Male giraffes are larger than females. Males weigh between 2,400 and 3,000 pounds and stand up to 19 feet tall! Female giraffes weigh between 1,600 and 2,600 pounds and grow to be 16 feet tall. Healthy giraffes live about 25 years in the wild. Giraffes can be found in central, eastern and southern Africa. Their long necks help giraffes eat leaves from tall trees, typically acacia trees. If they need to, giraffes can go for several days without water. Instead of drinking, giraffes stay hydrated by the moisture from leaves.
