make it stop?</p>    <p>I sing in my schools' choir and play violin in my schools' orchestra. I recently had an important violin tryout that I was very confident about, and I wasn't very nervous about it. The most I had was the average jitters right before. But then I got into the room to perform it, and as I started playing, I started shaking so badly that my knees were literally knocking and it caused me to make mistakes. It just got worse as I continued playing, and I felt like my legs were going to give out. It really affected my playing and made me do much worse than I should have. The same thing happens when I perform with a group. In choir I'm never nervous before a performance, but once we all go onstage I start shaking and I feel like I'm going to fall off the risers (I'm in the front row). After performances I also always have to sit down and take deep breathes for a while before I can start to calm down.<br/>It's kind of only started within these past few months, and I've never really had any problems with stage fright before.
