Question: Little League Photographer Undercut by iPhone-Wielding Parents... Aww, SNAP!?

I work as a photographer and assistant for my father 's photography business. Much of the work he does involves youth sports (Little League, soccer, etc.) My job is to pose and photograph kids for team shots, which parents may then order.

The problem is that once I've done the work of actually posing them (far more challenging than taking the photo) their parents will simply snap a low-quality (albeit professionally posed) snapshot with their cell phones. So not only are parents less inclined to order the high-quality, professional package, I often have to compete for the children's attention just so I can do my job.

As far as I can tell, there's no practical way to keep parents from getting their own photos. The shoots are typically done in a school gymnasium or outdoors (as opposed to a dedicated studio where we'd be able to forbid parents from taking their own pictures.)

Ideally, I would like to be able to charge a service fee for the work I do composing the shot, so parents can still get their cell phone snapshots and my father's business still benefits from the effort we put into it. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Question: Good cosplaying forum?

I am looking for a place where i can ask question and discuss cosplay - related topics? I would prefer it if you could ask questions there for free ; )
