| Question: What did they used to call the trouble makers back in the 1990s? Posted: 07 Aug 2016 07:12 AM PDT Nobody has used the term "hooligan" with anything but irony since sometime in the 1950s. Even in the 90s, calling kids "gangsters" had racial overtones. Not really any different than saying "wigger," an adult using this term was generally trying to insult white kids by saying they weren't acting white. I'd go with "little shits," although the polite term usually involved euphemisms like "troubled youths." |
| Posted: 07 Aug 2016 06:32 AM PDT BTW, I know Lincoln's body cannot be exhumed. I am just asking if we were somehow able to get past the block of concrete. Would it be skeleton or nothing at all? I would like to believe especially in Lincoln s tomb that no moisture gets in so I have no reason to believe there wouldn t be bone. |
