Angels are graceful, glowing, gentle, unless you're like Michael, sometimes they have wings and sometimes they don't. It's just what era of time you're in.

| Question: Do you understand this poem? What is it saying? Posted: 16 Aug 2016 07:34 AM PDT It's another feminist we-hate-men poem, just like Sylvia Plath might write. Feminism is what they teach in college these days to get you from having a family. The speaker is talking about herself in metaphor as a rose that turns purple from getting hit by a man. |
| Question: What do you think of this poem? Good or bad? Posted: 16 Aug 2016 07:16 AM PDT Even though it is simple and cliche ,I actually enjoyed reading it. It is pretty good. Just format it like this. It doesn't matter what your name is. When darkness falls about you And if you need someone to come to, So when the mountains give way to flat land that ends |
