By discarding the pictures which don't fit your "theme."

Pick a cliche, any cliche. Abandoned buildings, graffiti, homeless people looking old. Tale a bunch of shots.

Throw away the ones which don't fit your alleged narrative.

Gallery shows in a major market, followed by sales to major collectors. Approval from major critics, professors, dealers and patrons.

That or a popular t-shirt design promoting AIDS awareness.

Well that or get the rural Republicans to condemn your work. Nobody would remember that elephant dung guy at all if he hadn't done a Madonna.
