| Posted: 06 Aug 2016 02:13 PM PDT Framus guitars were never particularly good instruments. You should ask $100 and take whatever anyone offers you for it. I doubt a pawn shop would give you $10 for it. I have no idea what "JasmineE - Guitar" has to do with your question. |

| Posted: 06 Aug 2016 08:23 AM PDT E3 is a sensitive note - and many of us have modifications or special keys to assist. However, it sounds like YOUR flute has leaks - which need to be fixed in the shop. Or - you are using the wrong fingering. www.wfg.woodwind.org. And your embouchure might be at fault. How is you Eb 3 - all fingers used? How is your F 3? What do you mean - reset your flute? Do you have the headjoint in its optimum position/ Checked the head cork lately to see if is has moved, or it it is leaking? Anybody like me ( and there are lots of us) can fix YOU or your FLUTE in less than 10 minutes - if we are there live. So find someone LIVE to help you. |
| Question: How many watts do I need in an amp for performing an outdoor event near a highway? Posted: 06 Aug 2016 08:01 AM PDT Wow. Look into borrowing or renting an actual PA system. You need at least 100 watts, and not right behind you, or you will get knocked over by howls of "feedback" from the microphone. (Last outdoor gig I played we had more like 3000 watts, so there can be a great deal more needed for some settings.) Another thing that may help is to have some sort of reflecting back and sides to the "stage", to kick the sound forward (and help you hear it), rather than sing to the entire cosmos. Having a "roof" is also great in case of rain... Source(s): Playing and performing since the 1960's, now "retired"
