Thinking about dropping out my AP class, need some advice?

I signed up for AP Art my junior year & I'm taking it my senior year. My art teacher asked me towards the end of school if I wanted to join AP art and of course I said yes even though Im not very good of a drawer. Well my mom paid $90 for me to be in it and we were suppose to draw 12 realistic drawings over the summer. Well Im never in the mood to draw so if I'm not into it, it won't come out good. When I was in school it was so easy for me to draw in class now that it's summer it's so hard. I can be sitting at home bored out my mind and not want to draw. Anyway school starts tomorrow which means all the drawings are due tomorrow and I literally have 5 done, it's so hard for me, I never had to draw realistic things, I usually draw flowers or easy stuff like thatm So I want to drop out the class because if Im struggling now just think how it's gonna be for me when school starts. It wasn't what I was expecting at all and I'm in way over my head. But if I drop out the class my mom wasted $90 for nothing. And yes I know it's my fault I waited last minute to try to do all the drawings. So should I drop out the class and talk to my mom about it or try to do all the drawings today even if they look like crap and suck it up and stay in the class ?
