What is recommended floor for practicing breakdancing?

Hey, I've never tried practicing on wood and it seems kinda scary when I'm doing my things like headstand and handstand, basically all the air powermoves. I have a good handstand on the carpet and I do really good on the carpet, but I'm planning to do some battles and most of the time I'm sure it's gonna be on a concrete or wood floor. should I keep practicing on carpet or use a wood floor? Which one is better?

Question: Having a hard time in ballet.?

Having a hard time in ballet.?

Lately I have been not feeling so confident in what I am doing. There is this one girl in my class who I feel is so much better than me, because whenever we do a little performance, my instructor will say good job to her and tell her all the good things she does, but say nothing to me. Whenever my instructor explains the combination, I immediately forget and don't want to ask a ton of questions or have her do it again. The other girl just seems to do so much better, even though she has less experience. She knows how to focus on every part of her body while dancing, and for me, I can only focus on one thing. I don't want to talk to my instructor about it, and I am trying to practice. What should I do?

Question: Simple dance for 3 people?

You are not very specific in your question, but it sounds like you need to do a dance to show. If you want something that already exists, there are lots of line dances and folk dances that might fit your needs. Country Western line dances are easy and you can find lots of YouTube videos to show you how. There are lots of other dances that are Greek or Polish or other nationalities that could also work well for you.
If you need to create something brand new, then just choose some music, instrumental is easiest, then make up some movements that tell a story or show some interaction between the three of you. Unless you already have studied ballet or jazz, just make something up that you can practice so you can do it when you need to.
Good luck.
