Question: Explain the meaning of the title "The Term", a poem by William Carlos Williams?

My hw question is: Explain the meaning of the title of William Carlos Williams's poem "The Term."
I understand the meaning of the poem, that was easy to figure out. But my homework is asking me to explain the meaning of the title of this poem, The Term.
I don't understand that part. I don't get how those words relate to the poem. Any help and clarification would be much appreciated. Thank you so much.

The poem is:

A rumpled sheet
of brown paper
about the length
and apparent bulk
of a man was
rolling with the
wind slowly over
and over in
the street as
a car drove down
upon it and
crushed it to
the ground. Unlike
a man it rose
again rolling
with the wind over
and over to be as
it was before.

Question: Is this poem good or bad?

Is this poem good or bad?

I am aching with desire for sex
For the beautiful girl (Im 15) with feet exposed
And legs too, and she makes my loins white hot
And jumping out of place to touch her flesh
But I hold it in with difficulty
I remember the divine, seek control
But every part of my flesh refuses
So I obey law, culture, and the girl's needs
That I may win the prize efficiently
