What does "appropriate" mean? Especially when it's in quotation marks? It's become a totally meaningless word. I think it usually means "not containing pictures of men fcuking goats" or something, but if so, why not just say that instead of using the totally inappropriate word "appropriate"?

Question: Before I speak with my councilor, I want to know, because I am an Acting/Drama Major, can I only just take acting classes?

You can take whatever classes you want. They might not apply towards your degree, is all.

I am currently taking classes and I told my adviser that I am retired and don't care about a degree, I'm just taking whatever classes are interesting and fit my schedule. He said fine and let me sign up for what I wanted.

Are xfactor auditions live?

Will they air my audition on xfactor even if I don't want them to?
I mean as in are there anyone else beside the judges there?
And will it be sent on TV?
I don't want that, it'll be soo embarrassing if I get a no and the entire world sees it:p

Question: Is my audition song too hard for an accompanist?

Posted: 23 Aug 2014 05:27 PM PDT

I'm auditioning for a musical and I've found a great song. It suits the style of the show, shows off my acting, and sounds great on my voice. The problem is I don't know if it's too hard for the pianist. The musical's pretty new so there's a good chance they'll be unfamiliar with it. I don't know who will be playing or how good they will be.

It looks hard to me, but I don't play the piano so I'm not sure. I've included a section of it. It's in 12/8. What do you think? If it is too hard is there a way I can simplify it?

Question: Can I use this song for my audition?
