Ok so my Mothers mom and dad both have twins in their familes.. My grandma was a twin and my grandpa wasn't one.. (It goes every generation in on my grandmas side) and (every other generation of my grandpas side) my brother and I weren't twins. And my moms other two siblings didn't want children.. There are no twins on my dad's side that I know of..

Genealogy is basically the study or investigation of ancestry and family histories, the act of research, proving and citing of real records in order to build a family tree.

Ancestry or ancestors are those direct line who came before you, so your parents, your grand parents, your great grandparents and so on back ( so descendants are your direct line in front of you, your children, your grand children)

Heritage is what YOU inherit, so you could inherit looks( genes) from your ancestry, items that are passed down through the family like a family christening robe used by previous generations etc,

Ethnicity means YOUR cultures, YOUR customs YOUR affiliations and YOUR associations in YOUR home and the country YOU were born, raised and live in, so the food YOU eat the language YOU speak

I don't think you can. A Descendant report is set up to be by generations. So is an Ancestors of report.

If FTM has a custom report facility as good as Roots Magic, you can probably fake it.

Or, "print" multiple reports to text files, then copy and paste into one big Word document in the order you want.

Very few Britons can genuinely claim either Anglo-Saxon or Celtic ancestry. Those that do claim Celtic ancestry tend have a family history from either Wales or Scotland, but not England.

The fact that you one of your parents is British is no indication at all that they had either Celtic, Anglo-Saxon or some other ancestry. We would need a great deal more information.
