I'm helping my world literature teacher search for a chapter from the Chinese epic Journey to the West (or otherwise known as Monkey) and she asked me to find the chapter where the monk frees the monkey from the mound and meet. She told me it might be chapter twelve but I can't find that moment by scanning the text and there's 700 pages in the first volume so i'm having some trouble cntrl+f'ing it.

My friends and I would like to create a charity event using Slender Man's likeness. I saw it is copyrighted, so we need to contact him for permission. I tried looking online, but I don't want to contact the wrong Eric Knudsen or get permission to do so from someone who is not the creator.

Yeah, sure, everything is f-ed up and all that, but do you think that will improve if you are no longer alive? It has been like this since day-dot and it will not change. You can not change the world. What you can change, is the way you look at things. For starters, you are not your brother's keeper. Meaning that you don't have to take care of the whole world. If you live your own life, and live it well, you will not have time to worry about other people's affairs. Why would you?
Worry about things that matter. Not about all those braindead people who joined the rat race and turned themselves into robot-like consumer units. There are plenty of good things happening, out there. The art of life lies in the ability to identify and appreciate those things.
