So.. someone clarify this.. if you upload your info to ancestry.com... can you turn around and RESELL IT?

Wow. Where do I start?
You seem to be planning to violate copyright, to take info owned by ancestry.com, send that to persons without knowing how much false info is on "family trees"... and you don't know that you can use a filter on a gedcom/ data file to send ONLY selected persons?
Please. Consider another business.

I was born in a city called Stavropol in Russia, it's just a little north of the Caucasus I'm wondering where I could find information about my ancestors and who they were, I mainly want to figure out where they came from. I can't find much on the internet. Any help is appreciated.

Click on the "Prt Scr" - Print Screen - button, which is usually up near "Insert" and "Home" on the keyboard.

Open a photo editor.

Click on Edit -> Paste or, to be a geek, CTRL+V.

Save the picture as something; mytree.jpg

Send mytree.jpg as an attachment.

If you don't have a photo editor, "Paint" will do, but it is not elegant.
