Question: What you know about Chinese and East Asian literature and philosophies?

No, Haiku is simply a Japanese poetry form. Normally associated with observations of nature.

I know a fair bit about Asian religions... Taoism, Confucianism, Moism, the like. Read quite a bit. Also the general ideas around ancient Chinese ideas about the "five elements", the "yin and yang", all of that sort of thing.
I understand the pervasive influence of Zen Buddhism on Japanese culture during the feudal period.

Less about the East Asian ideas. I've read a bit about Hinduism and the development of Buddhism from Hinduism, works like The Aphorisms if Patanjali and a few other things.
That's just scratching the surface... East Asia has been an enormous stew of conflicting religious and philosophical ideas for a long time.

Question: Overwhelming hatred for human-kind?

I'm going to assume you are a fairly rational, factual guy in good faith. So, first off, you must recognize that to feel that way about so many people is not normal. Something's fuct somewhere. Most likely, one or more Very Important Adults, who did fill your sky at some point in your life, dropped the ball, giving rise to your ill opinion of the whole world. It's likely that they were your whole world when that happened.

It is not likely that the whole world is filled with bad people. No one would live here if it were so. No one would be in love, there would be no cooperation among people, no society, rampant crime and chaos, etc.

Most people are good. Some are really good. Some are dullards, some crooks, some bullies, etc.

You're probably pretty good too, or you wouldn't have such a belly full of passion, even if it is rage or disgust.

So, I'd suggest you reach out for some help figuring out why you're so full of this rage or disgust. It's not normal and it can't be comfortable. Good luck.
