I've been wanting to learn GD's One of a kind dance move (where he shakes his legs and moves back and fort) but I just don't get it!
There is a yt tutorial on how to do it ( http://m.youtube.com/?reload=7&rdm=19cx4w5n2#/watch?v=ksLRmD9H6ZY ) but I just can't do it for some reason!!!

Does anyone who knows how to to that dance move or know a better and more detailed tutorial on it, please do a better tutorial or at least explain to me how you do this dance move?

I would mean life to me! (p.s. I love GD <3 and the way he dances)

I'm always sticking my butt out and pushing my ribs up. For the 15 seconds I pull it all back in when the teacher points it out I feel my abs like a ^&*%!!!

I lift weights but I've always avoided straight folding, rectus abs. Is that imbalance my problem?

What to do if I get a ***** at a school dance?

I'm 15 an I'm going to homecoming soon. This will be my second time going. While grinding witha girl last year I got one but could easily hide it. This year I'm just wearing loose clothing. And I don't want to get a ***** while grinding and have a ***** sticking straight out and pokin her in the ***. I was thinking of wearing compression shorts. But I get hot rather easily. So ad the heat of my school+all the people+ nervous heat+ the heat of wing constricted down there= not a good situation. I don't want I be that sweaty kid who smells bad because he's burning up. So what should I do about the probable ***** predicament?

Homecoming dance anxiety ._.?

Aight so I have my first homecoming dance this Saturday and I'm freakin out because all these upperclassmen tell me about how you grind... I've never had a boyfriend or anything remotely close so I'm not good in the dating department. I'm really terrified I'll look like an idiot. Tips???
