When drawing can bubbles symbolize water?

I am doing a full doodle page with two focal points for art and my theme is under the sea. so far I have a focal point and a couple of doodles, but I don't know what i am going to use to fill the blanks in between doodles. so I was thinking instead of waves I could do small bubbles is this a good idea?

What are things that I need to include for a black light/highlighter party? Please help!!?

I know I obviously need glow sticks. And a black light. I got an idea from a website to have guests wear white t-shirts and people draw on them with highlighters. How will the highlighters stay on the shirt? Once the shirt is washed or worn a few times then the writing wont be there. But what else should I do? I was thinking a neon poster board for my friends to sign since it's for my birthday. Please help!!
