Posted: 25 Sep 2014 08:36 AM PDT Not necessary - just do what you love doing. Time will go screwy, all by itself. Sometimes several hours will seem like minutes, and other times you can do 12 hours worth of "work" in an hour. Time becomes completely irrelevant. It just sort of "stops" for a while. I'm not sure what the difference is. It seems like, in the former example, time relative to YOU stops, and in the latter example, time relative to your ENVIRONMENT stops.
Question: How did Thomas Edison influence the world?????????? Posted: 25 Sep 2014 08:22 AM PDT He put enourmous energy, time and drive into accelerating central inventions of the modern age. These inventions were becoming possible and likely, but Edison worked endlessly so that the pace of change increased significantly. Some inventions (light bulb) might have been much slower without him. The inventions/evolution of the telephone are a good example -- with many pieces and inventors. Edison entered the fray and helped accelerate things via the microphone part of the phone, making longer distance calls feasible.
Question: Is there ever a time where you just wish you could go no where? Posted: 25 Sep 2014 08:02 AM PDT Is there ever a time where you just wish you could go no where? Todays just one of those days I guess, but everyone's just getting on my nerves. It's not everyone but a small percentage of people and what they do. And then just something random to add, but I hate my voice, you know sometimes when your meaning to talk louder and your voice just lets you down. Why do people have to get so offended and you didn't mean something. I'm putting my efforts into thinking about what others think too much. It's like on other days I can handle when situations come my way, but today is something else.
Question: Which is more responsible for this world's chaos and violence, Islam or the USA? Posted: 25 Sep 2014 06:13 AM PDT You are kidding aren't you? Those who hate the USA are envious of the Freedom this country has and it's prosperity, though that is disintegrating in the midst of the South invasion, another war into itself if we do not act soon. There is no other country in the history of mankind that has given more humanitarian aid than anyone else., and we don't chop off heads and make threats. Plus don't hide and use terrorism to accomplih our goals. There is no comparision between good and evil, aggression and defending, controlling others and freedom, so please, be real.
Posted: 25 Sep 2014 06:12 AM PDT Yes, we all can learn from our mistakes, but doing nothing is not possible. If what you are trying to say is that we all must take some chances and risk failure to grow, I agree. But risk taking too, must be moderated.
