BFA (Graphic Design) or BFA (Honours) or BFA (Painting) whats better???

I want to do one of them....and please tell me what is difference between them and whats better....Please!!!!!

I'm sure insurance companies investigate, but what are their titles? Agent? Inspector? Just their names?

Also, does the FBI ever get involved?

(I am thinking about writing a story about it, and I'm not sure where to start my research.)
