What we need to help you is the name, birth date and place, marriage date and place, and death date and place of someone - your grandfather, great grandfather or GG grandfather - who is dead. (Or, as many of those 7 facts as you know. Approximations are better than nothing.)

We don't deal in living people here because maiden names, birth date and birth place are all common security questions, and we don't want to help identity thieves.

Either add details to your question or ask a new question.

Was Jean M Knowlton your mother or grandmother?

Question: What's the relationship.?

What's the relationship.?

What's the relationship between me and this girl family wise? My moms, step dad's daughter, and her husband brothers daughter. Is there any relationship and are we even cousins? Thanks

Question: Is it bad that I really want my fiancé to take my last name?

It's not necessarily bad for you to want it, and regret that she doesn't feel the same way; but since you know she does not, it would be very wrong, and damaging to your relationship, to try to bully her into it.

If it's important to you that you should both share the same married name, you can always offer to take hers. And if you don't like that idea, congratulations - you know how she feels.

Question: What is the history/ origin of the last name Persaud?

It comes from language, so that is its history and origin, you will NEVER find a country of origin by word hunting.
A word used as a surname in ex British colonies, like (British) West Indies, (British) India, (British) Guiana , spelt differently in the UK and at the time of taking surnames Britain spoke, Latin French as well as English, it is likely to have come from one of the many French WORDs used and many people who have 100% British ancestry have French surnames, as it is simply from the spoken , heard or influence of the language, it doesn't mean they have any French ancestry and in 99% of cases don't, same as the British colonies use of the word, it doesn't mean they have any British ancestry at all
