Question: I need to improve my back flexibility!!! HOW?

I need to improve my back flexibility!!! HOW?

I used to do ballet for three years when I was younger (7-10) then I stopped but i started dancing again last year (I'm now 15). When I did ballet before I always used to get compliments on my flexibility and my dance teacher always used to say I had natural flexibility? When I stopped I obviously got stiff and I've only just got my right splits back but now I want to do chin stands again and touch my toes on my head? What stretches do I do?(please list as much as you can) an is it even possible to achieve at my age? Is my body to developed to attain that amount of flexibility ?

Urban and Rural Music? HELP!!!? Dance GCSE! (bonus points)?

Hey, I am meant to be doing a dance on rural and urban journey but I am struggling to find music.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Ideally without words/singing or the possibility of their being a karaoke track for it.
Any suggestions would be great but for the urban(city) music it would be good to have street sounds like tubes, cars, something busy and upbeat. As for the rural(countryside) I'm not really sure ANYTHING will help so much!
Thanks in advance <3

Why can't I dance? Please, read below?

Hi, I am a fifteen year old girl. I am currently learning how to dance, but I look so ackward when doing it. I am trying to learn Chris brown dance to Loyal. I do have the upper body, and hips of the second part step right ( when he's dancing with the girls), but I can't keep up with him. The dance is so easy, but I look so ackward doing it, and just can't get the steps right. I have been praticing for about 3 hours already. I am also having a big problem get the first dance routine together ( when he dancse with the guys), I just can't get it right. My feet look ackward, I look ackward, and I just mess the dance up. I can move my upper body, and hips really good, it's just my feet that seems to not be able to keep up with my body. I mean literally, if my feet could move like my body, I would be an amazing dancer. So, what can I do to improve my dance skills? If I do not have to do footwork I can dance really good. I can do the nae nae really good, the shmoney dance really good, the dougie really good, the bearnie, popping, dipping, all of those dances I can do really good, but when I start to try footwork I mess the dance up. I have really good rhythm. I know it has nothing to do with me being pigeon toed in one foot, because when I dance you can not tell that I am. So, can someone please help?

Question: How can I suck it up and join this swing dance club?

How can I suck it up and join this swing dance club?

There is a swing dance club on campus and I wanted to join 2 quarters ago HOWEVER I always chicken out. My mom use to drag me to these kind of dances and I always felt horrified with the idea of dancing with strangers. But I need to make friends and start socializing so I need to try this club. How do I get over my panicky nerves?
