What are some fun dance/music competition fundraisers I can host at my high school? fun and unique.?

Things we already have at my school is a version of american idol, and talent show. Does anyone have any fun competition ideas along those lines?

Is it possible to have fun at homecoming without grinding?

I'm going to homecoming with someone (we're going just as friends), and we're both Christians and prefer not to grind and stuff of that nature. What other kinds of dances can we do?

I honestly don't know the answer, however I assume that that held auditions and cast dancers from a variety of schools. I doubt they all came from the exact same place.

How to start dancing?

I'm interested in dancing. I almost never do it, but when I do, I really like it. So now I want to start dancing, but I don't know how, should I just go to a dance school or just dance a litte bit at home? I want to go to a dance school, but my friends don't like dancing so I have to go alone, I'm a bit afraid haha, because I really don't know anything about it. Someone please tell me what I should do?
